Who is behind this
The Working Aspirant is founded by Sanghamitra S. — Political Science honours, LLB, and several decades of watching how governance actually works versus how it is described in textbooks.
Over the years, Sanghamitra has closely observed many aspirants attempt this examination — intelligent, capable people undone not by lack of ability but by the wrong guidance, the wrong influences, and a coaching market designed to keep them anxious and dependent. The Working Aspirant was built in response to what she kept witnessing.
